Our Expertise Runs Deep 

Founded by Ron Innes, MARL Technologies is based on drilling experience dating back to 1959. Ron's frustration in his search for equipment robust enough to stand up to the rigours of drilling in the high Arctic in the 1960's led to the founding of MARL Technologies.  Well known in western Canada for his expertise in geotechnical drilling, Ron was awarded the Stan Thompson Service Award by the Canadian Geotechnical Society for his contributions to the practice of geotechnique, and was a founding member of the Geotechnical Society of Edmonton.  He has since built a team of professionals to carry out his vision of building better drills by assembling the best and brightest in their fields — professional engineers, tradespeople, managers and mechanics.
